# Mount Iron Honey Co

> We run around 140 hives across the Upper Clutha basin and pack everything ourselves in a shed on the home block. Been doing this since 2015, started with six hives and a lot of stings.

Based in 212 Mount Iron Station Road, Wanaka.

## About

Our hives sit on high country stations and lakeside farms between Wanaka and Hawea, moved through the season to follow the flowering. Honey is extracted, settled and jarred on site, and we test every batch before it goes out the door.
